dc.description.abstract | The project is built by four chapters. The first chapter gives an overview of the context in which the project was carried on and it also provides specific information about the participants who we worked with. The objectives and scope of the project are established here.
The second chapter provides a theoretical framework, considering linguistic foundations to course design which covers steps for a syllabus design. Within the explanation of materials and activities, it is given detailed information about the Computer Assisted Language Learning CALL benefits into the classroom environment. Finally, it explores the benefits of Communicative Approach and learning theories.
The third chapter introduces the proposal itself. It describes the objectives, the applied methodology and the technology based activities and procedures of the proposal.
The fourth chapter contains general conclusions of this project, establishing some final results of using technology in second language teaching.
Finally, we append the syllabus design for children and adolescents, the topics and lesson plans for each communicative unit; at the same time pedagogical material based on technology developed throughout the course, to give teachers new ideas of teaching English based on Computer Assisted Language Learning is also included. | es_ES |
