The teaching dynamics have positioned the "Flipped Classroom" model as a form of "Blended Learning", the same one that has adopted a way of developing creative and active learning. Therefore, this work is focused on the creation of a study plan based on the "Flipped Classroom" model to teach basic English language skills in the “Programa Adulto Mayor” of the “Facultad de Humanidades y Cs. De la Educación”. For its development, the lines for this Guided Work related to learning, online learning, teaching senior students and educational innovation were identified. It was proposed, then, to teach a continuum of basic English language skills, based on the model, which promotes different levels of learning and autonomy centered on the student and according to their learning needs. The evaluation of the experience in students revealed that thanks to the flipped classroom model, the techniques, methods and activities carried out in this guided work have achieved the proposed objectives, the same ones that were demonstrated in the improvement of the understanding and learning performance of the students, as well as dynamics, interest in learning and retention of basic language skills.
